Shelf Cloud
Tadd Parris
Was awoken this morning at 7:10am to a phone call. I missed the call,
but when I looked at the caller ID it said Bill Doms. Now this is not someone
who calls me very often so I decided to get online and check the weather quick
while I listened to the voice mail. Saw a pretty decent return coming my
way, and his voicemail only confirmed this by telling me a shelf cloud was on
the way. As quickly as I could I got to my Jeep and headed south.
The shelf was already overhead and moving quickly to the south. I managed
to get three images and Bill they were all worth it, thank you.

On Hwy 5 going west in Chanhassen.
Beautiful shelf with just moderate rain and some random lightning. |
