| Right outside the city of Granite
Falls on Cty Rd 10 looking W. That base is the start to a pretty long
chase and didnt start out looking the best. |
After awhile the storm started to pull
in the rest of the clouds and breaks started to show. Here you can see
the small tower in the background. Again this thing was pretty small. |
| Another shot of the base, notice the
clear slot starting to show up. |
Getting close to Wilmar on Hwy
23 looking NW. This was the first funnel I witnessed, of course the
camera autofocus did not work. |
| Still SW of Wilmar looking NW at a
developing wallcloud. |
Another shot of the wall cloud, this
one shows it more rounded. Did have some decent rotation. |
| Still SW of Wilmar maybe a few miles
now looking at a well organized and rotating wall cloud. |
Better rotation now as the storm
develops into a funnel. |
Time was 4:08pm, location just NE of
Wilmar. |
| North of Kandiyohi looking N on Cty Rd 8. |
Wall cloud now really getting thicker and still rotating.
| This is at 6:36pm and I am pretty sure that is the Spicer
Mall in the photo. I saw the tornado but never got the photo. It
happened right by the white pyramid in the center. |
Little further north when I was able to get a view again and
saw this nice wall cloud.
You could tell the show was about to start. The tornadoes below start
at 6:49pm. |

These were grabs from my video which
I had to take with my camera. Below is one last attempt I saw at
forming a wall cloud. Was not meant to be so I went home. |
